Residents on Kara/ Wuraola hospital road in Kajola Local Government area of Okeho are grateful to Hon. Waliu Sunmonu for providing the palliative which makes the road passable again.

Speaking with OkehoNews, Ibrahim Adigun who leaves at Sir water area on the road said that the entire community are grateful to the honorable for the good job he did on the road . ” When we first saw the youths working on the road we thought it was the local government people until we were informed that it was the kind gesture of Hon Sumonu. We are very happy and grateful to him because for more than one year now this road has become impassable. We made several appeals to the council yet they did not respond.” Ibrahim said.

Another resident, Mrs Oluwatoyin Adunni said that the efforts of Hon. Sunmonu has made life more bearable for the residents of the area. She said that commercial motorcycle riders always avoid the road and those that accept to come charges exorbitantly. ” But now that the road is better, we always have good deals, may God also answer the honorable’s prayers ” She prayed.
Fun seekers at the popular Iyalaje bar on the road also thanked the honorable for his intervention. ” We are so grateful to him and we prayed that Almighty God will grant his heart desires.
It will be recalled that Kara /Wuraola hospital/IsemiIle junction road has become impassable for sometime now as the local government claims that they are waiting for fund to fix the road.
