The Founder of SEAP 89.1 F.M Okeho ,Pastor Dr. Olatunde Oladokun JP has visited the Onjo of Okeho, OBA Dr. Abdul Rafiu Osuolale Mustapha Adeiitan II on a courtesy visit in preparations for the official launching of the radio station which comes up on the 9th of February 2024.
Presenting the invitation card to the Kabiyesi, Pastor Oladokun said that the official launching of the F.M station will start with free eye care for 50 people followed by novelty football match Commissioning of borehole at Elekokan, orphanage visitation, evening of praise and feeding the multitudes.
Pastor Oladokun who chronicled the journey that led to the establishment of SEAP FM mentioned some other landmark projects which he have been executed to bring succour to the people. One of such is the CBT center which serves Okeho and its environs.
According to him this center has not only improved commerce of the area through the influx of people from different parts of the Southwest, it has also trickled down to the hospitality industry as visitors lodge in various hotels in the community when the center is in use.
The philanthropist appreciated the fact that there has never been an occurrence of kidnapping or other negative occurrences since the center kicked off. He equally solicited for volunteers for security duties when the center is in use. He highlighted other projects like the 2 borehole facility sponsored by a retired Okeho indigene in diaspora, constructed at the central market in Isia to bring comfort to the community.
Pastor Oladokun who described SEAP FM as an entrepreneurship radio enjoined the chiefs to encourage the people not to be scoffers, but to appreciate what is theirs. He urged artisans and the people of the community to be considerate and fair in the manner they conduct their business to facilitate individual and communal growth. He assured the people of Okeho that opportunities will always be available for hardworking individuals in Okeho. He also promised that one of the distinctive initiative from SEAP FM will be a frequent evaluation of CVs for qualified graduates so as to get them relevant opportunities. He equally enjoined the youths to learn to start from the bottom up and shun instant wealth or gratification.
The entrepreneur also officially introduced the General Manager of SEAP 89.1 F.M, Mr Tunji Ajibade to the royal father. He encouraged the people especially the elders to initiate sensitization for the people, getting them organised from the ward level up to ease the stress of the workers at SEAP microfinance bank. He called on the people of the town to patronise SEAP microfinance bank and leverage on what the company is offering

Reacting to Pastor Olatunde’s visit, Kabiesi appreciated the entrepreneur for his love for Okeho and how he has continued to invest in the town. He prayed for more quality investment from the him while urging other well-meaning indigenes of Okeho with the means to invest in Okeho.
