Member, Oyo State House of Assembly Hon Musibau Akintola Azeez, representing Kajola State constituency has congratulated teachers on World Teachers Day celebrated on 5th October each year.
In a statement by lawmaker made available to OkehoNews, Azeez assured that teachers will surely receive their reward on earth and heaven not only in the heaven as they used to say. ‘ We felicitate with Oyo State teachers particularly Kajola Local Government Teachers, appreciate their unique role in the overall development of the society,the Honourable said.
He charged teachers to see their highly respected job as an opportunity to groom the best minds for the society and ultimately the world at large. Hon. Musibau Azeez called on teachers to use the occasion to assess the challenges ahead of them in view of the impact of information and communication technology ( ICT), noting that in the years ahead literacy will not be determined by the ability to read and write but by how well people are able to use technology to solve problems around them.
He therefore wished them well and prayed for them to celebrate more of their days on earth with robust health, wisdom and abundant blessings. Action as fondly called felicitate with just retired but not tired former President of ANCOPSS and Principal Okeho/ Iganna Grammar School, Okeho Mr Ojetunde Abraham Mojisolaon his 60th years birthday and peaceful retirement.
He also congratulate him on his successful four years tenure as President All Nigeria Confederation of Principal of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS) Oyo State, added that his pragmatic roles cannot be forgotten in a jiffy. Hon.Musibau Azeez however congratulates Mr.Mudasiru Sikiru Adesina as TESCOM Zonal Head of Iseyin zone,he wish him well in his new position.
