…Hails Governor Makinde’s Giant Stride
Forum of Vice Chairmen in Okeogun, area of Oyo State unanimously appointed Kajola Local Government Vice Chairman,Hon Dr Robert Adeniji as Co-ordinator.
At the meeting which took place at Kajola Local Government Secretariat on 23rd of August,2024, others who were appointed are Hon Rasaq Morufu of Saki East LGA as Secretary,Hon wasiu Adewale Babatunde of Oorelope LGA as Treasurer and Hon Oladipupo Solomon as PRO from Iseyin LGA.
Members who also present at the meeting were Hon Adetoro Adebola Olawale,Hon Olanipekun Sunday Oyewole,Hon Sanni Waidi Bolanle,Hon Tiamiyu Rahaman Oyedokun and Hon Ayanfbade Peter Ayandokun while the Vice Chairman of Atisbo LGA was absent due to his demise.

The Forum commenced their meeting by appreciating Oyo State Governor Engr Oluwaseyi Makinde for his good governance and support during the last local government election and they also extended their congratulatory message to the deputy governor of the state Barr. Bayo Lawal on his appointment as Acting Governor and his fatherly role in Okeogun was also appreciated.
The Forum further appreciated the Governor for his support to Okeogun, particularly in road construction across the region, adding that the Governor should not forget his promise to rehabilitate the roads of Okeho to Iganna,Alaga to Idiko- Ile road, Iseyin to Igbo- ora road, and Saki Ogbooro to Igboho and Igbope to Kishi road.
The Co-ordinator, Hon Dr Robert Adeniji however expressed gratitude to the host chairman,Hon Barr Aleem Olawale Mustapha for his support in all ramifications.
